Doni Fierro:
The Artistic Heartbeat
Born in Venezuela, Doni was dancing professionally by age fifteen. His illustrious career includes performing at The Royal Opera House in Covent Garden and making history as the first Venezuelan to dance at Paris’s legendary Moulin Rouge. A World Salsa Congress winner with The Latin Jazz Dancers, Doni brought his immense talent to London in 2004, founding The Doni Dance Company, before co-founding The London Cabaret Club.
Evelina Girling:
The Visionary CEO
After business school in Sydney, Evelina honed her skills in management consultancy and finance in London. Her passion for the arts blossomed during her time at Parsons Design School in New York, where she immersed herself in theatre, dance, and Broadway shows. Her return to London set the stage for her partnership with Doni.

In November 2013, CEO Evelina Girling and Artistic Director Doni Fierro co-founded The London Cabaret Club. They saw a clear gap in London’s entertainment scene: a need for a truly luxurious experience that perfectly blended fine dining, world-class performances, and impeccable service. From this shared vision, The London Cabaret Club was born.
