Tickets

  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as stated in these Terms & Conditions.
  • Customers may choose to add Refund Protection provided by SecureMyBooking.com during checkout. This is an optional service and is subject to SecureMyBooking’s own Terms & Conditions.
  • Without Refund Protection, refunds are only available if the event is cancelled by The London Cabaret Club or Producer.
  • If you purchased Refund Protection and need to claim, you must do so directly with SecureMyBooking.com. The London Cabaret Club cannot process or approve these claims.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse admission.
  • It is your responsibility to check your tickets. Mistakes or errors cannot always be rectified.
  • Minimum age: 12 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and must leave the venue after the show and before any after-party.
  • One carer accompanying a guest with a disability is permitted access without charge. A valid photographic carer’s ID must be presented.
  • Tickets are sold subject to the venue and/or Producer’s right to alter performance schedules or casting, without obligation to refund or exchange.
  • Tickets won via competitions or promotions cannot be re-sold, exchanged, or transferred. Breach will result in cancellation.

Exchanges & Rescheduling

  • Guests may request to change their booking date, subject to availability and the following fees:
    • More than 48 hours before the event: £20 per ticket.
    • Within 48 hours of the event: £30 per ticket.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made via the Bookings Team. The new date is only confirmed once applicable fees have been paid.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability. Seating categories may not be guaranteed.
  • If you cannot attend and do not reschedule, your booking will be considered forfeited.
  • Refund Protection (if purchased) does not cover voluntary rescheduling; it only applies to claims accepted under SecureMyBooking’s terms.
  • Certain peak dates and special events (e.g. Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve) may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Venue Policies

Rose Bar Reserved Seating

  • If the Rose Bar is closed for a private function and you have booked reserved seats, you may:
    1. Reallocate the amount paid as a bar tab for the evening, or
    2. Request a refund for the reserved Rose Bar seat fee.
  • Pre-show entertainment will still take place, relocated to the Ballroom. Guests will then be shown to their reserved table for the show.
  • Refunds for Rose Bar seating will only cover the seat fee and will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • No further compensation will be offered.

Disabled Access

  • The venue has step-free access and accessible toilets. Please notify the team in advance if required so we can accommodate your booking.

Food Service

  • Dinner is served during the show from 20:00.
  • Guests arriving after 21:00 may be considered a no-show for catering purposes, and meals cannot be guaranteed.
  • Menu choices and dietary requirements must be provided at least 48 hours before the event. If not received, a default choice will be allocated, and the venue accepts no responsibility for suitability.
  • Outside food or drink is not permitted. Guests found consuming their own items will be asked to leave without refund.

General Venue Rules

  • Stop & Search: SIA-licensed security may carry out bag searches. Refusal may result in denied entry without refund.
  • Filming & Photography: The venue reserves the right to record and photograph in and around the premises.
  • Special Effects: Strobe lighting, haze machines, and other effects may be used. Please enquire at booking if concerned.
  • Closing Time: Management reserves the right to close earlier than the advertised time (1am).
  • Service Charge: A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all pre-orders and items purchased in the venue.

Dress Code

  • Smart elegance is required.
  • Ladies: Dresses, tailored looks, refined jumpsuits, and chic shoes.
  • Gents: Collared shirts, tailored trousers, fitted chinos, polished shoes or smart loafers.
  • Permitted: Smart dark denim, refined plain t-shirts (under a jacket), and clean trainers.
  • Not Permitted: Sportswear, ripped denim, shorts, sandals, flip-flops, casual trainers, hoodies, large logos, or caps.
  • Entry may be refused if guests do not comply with the dress code. This policy is strictly enforced to maintain the atmosphere and standards of the venue.

Drinks Packages

  1. Packages include only the drinks specified.
  2. Fair usage applies; excessive consumption will not be permitted.
  3. Premium and ultra-premium items, hot drinks, bottled non-beer options, and fresh juices are excluded unless stated.
  4. Valid only for the named guest(s) and duration specified in the booking.
  5. Non-transferable.
  6. A 12.5% service charge applies to all drinks, including those within packages.
  7. Service may be refused to intoxicated guests.
  8. Modifications or cancellations follow the venue’s standard policies and may incur fees.
  9. Additional charges beyond the package (specialty orders, damages, etc.) must be settled on the evening.
  10. Guests must be of legal drinking age. ID may be required.
  11. Packages are served by the glass only, not by bottle, and must be purchased for the entire group.
